1. About My ADHD Path

My ADHD Path is operated by Creative Sauce Ltd, a company registered in England. We provide an online information platform to help UK adults navigate ADHD assessment, diagnosis, medication, and workplace rights.

Our platform includes a free Navigator tool (rule-based decision tree), an Advice Library, Discovery Guides, downloadable resources, and a paid Pro tier with AI Expert Chat, case tracker, and letter templates. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Not Medical Advice

This is the most important section of our terms. My ADHD Path is an information and guidance platform. We do not:

• Diagnose ADHD or any other condition
• Prescribe, recommend, or adjust medication
• Replace your GP, psychiatrist, or any healthcare professional
• Provide therapy, counselling, or psychological treatment
• Offer legal advice (though we provide information about your legal rights)

The information on this platform is based on publicly available UK guidance including NICE guidelines, NHS resources, UK legislation (Equality Act 2010, NHS Act 2006), and established ADHD research. While we strive for accuracy, healthcare guidance changes and individual circumstances vary. Always verify information with a qualified professional before acting on it.

3. AI Expert Chat (Pro Feature)

The AI Expert Chat is powered by a large language model (Anthropic Claude) with a system prompt focused on UK ADHD guidance. It is designed to provide helpful, evidence-based information about ADHD, but it has important limitations:

• It is not a doctor, therapist, or medical professional. It cannot examine you, review your medical history in full, or account for conditions it doesn't know about.
• It can make mistakes. AI models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. Always cross-check important information with your healthcare team.
• It cannot diagnose you. No AI system can replace a qualified clinical assessment.
• Medication information is general only. Your prescriber knows your full medical history - the AI does not. Never change, start, or stop medication based solely on AI advice.
• It will not engage in general chat. The AI is focused on ADHD-related topics only.

Your chat conversations are stored securely in our database to maintain conversation context within a session and for rate limiting purposes. You can request deletion of your chat history at any time via the Settings page or by contacting us.

4. The Navigator (Free Tool)

The Navigator is a rule-based decision tree that guides you through common ADHD questions. It runs entirely in your browser - no data is sent to any server, no AI is involved, and no personal information is collected. The Navigator provides pre-written information based on common scenarios. It cannot adapt to your specific circumstances the way a professional can.

5. Accounts and Payments

Free tier: You can use the Navigator, Advice Library, Discovery Guides, and downloadable resources without creating an account. Creating a free account lets you save your journey progress.

Pro tier (one-time payment of £39): Pro unlocks the AI Expert Chat, case tracker dashboard, GP referral letter template, workplace adjustment letter template, medication tracker, and community access. This is a one-time payment - there is no subscription and no recurring charges.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe's own privacy policy and terms apply to the payment process.

Refunds: Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you have not used Pro features. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion. Contact us at hello@creativesauce.io to request a refund.

6. Your Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Pro features.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must not share your Pro account with others.
• You must not use the platform to obtain information for the purpose of self-diagnosis in place of professional assessment.
• You must not use the AI Expert Chat to seek emergency medical advice. If you are in crisis, call 999, go to A&E, or call the Samaritans on 116 123.
• You must not attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or misuse the AI system.
• You acknowledge that all information provided is educational and that you will consult appropriate professionals before making health decisions.

7. Your Data

We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In summary: we collect only what we need (email, account data, chat messages for Pro users), we store it securely in Supabase (hosted in the EU), and we never sell your data to third parties.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time via the Settings page. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

8. Accuracy and Outcomes

We make every effort to ensure the information on My ADHD Path is accurate, up to date, and based on authoritative UK sources. However:

• NHS policies, Right to Choose availability, and medication guidelines change. Information may become outdated between updates.
• AI-generated responses may contain errors or omissions.
• Provider waiting times, costs, and availability shown in our guides are approximate and change frequently.
• Letter templates are starting points, not legal documents. Have important correspondence reviewed by a professional.

We cannot guarantee any particular outcome from using our platform. We cannot guarantee that your GP will accept a Right to Choose referral, that a provider will have availability, or that any specific approach will work for your situation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on My ADHD Path - including text, guides, articles, letter templates, downloadable PDFs, and the Navigator decision tree - is owned by Creative Sauce Ltd. You may use downloaded materials for your personal use (e.g. sending a GP letter template to your GP). You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Sauce Ltd and My ADHD Path shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform. This includes, without limitation, any decisions you make based on information provided by the platform or the AI Expert Chat, any delays in obtaining medical assessment or treatment, or any interactions with healthcare providers referenced on this platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
